Our Promise
Every piece from Kritira is handcrafted with care. If your order arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was shown, we will make it right — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Eligible reasons: item damaged in transit, wrong item sent, significant quality defect.
- Not eligible: Minor variations in motif placement, color shade, or size — these are inherent to handmade art and not defects.
- Customised or commissioned pieces are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@kritira.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or issue.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- We will arrange a pickup at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is initiated.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
